Reports are usually provided within 24 to 48 hours after the inspection and include photographs and clear explanations of the defects identified.
Not necessarily. As long as suitable access has been arranged, the inspection can normally be completed without you needing to remain at the property.
You can provide the report to your developer so the identified issues can be reviewed and addressed. Each defect is documented clearly to make that process easier.
